Day of event

Please arrive at least 1 hour before event start time (If you need more time, please email us)

We will only provide one 6 FT Table and Two chairs, any other items must be brought by you
Parking/Loading

After 5PM all parking is available, before that time only Suite 101 Parking can be used
-
The Ramp to offload is located on the East Side of the building. Once you pass the Coffee Shop and the dividing wall you will see HHQ side door entry to the venue. There is elevator access.

Social Media

HHQ Social Media team will record/photograph and tag as appropriate. The team might also conduct interviews with owners/vendors.

End of Event

When signing up for an event, you are required to stay for the entire length of the event

Every vendor is required to clean up their area
